Q: What about your Catering?

A: Set up and tear down of the food table is available for an additional $10.00 charge. Chafing dishes with 6 hour burning sternos are available to rent @ $5.00 each.


Q: Do you offer full service catering?

A: Yes, full service catering events are subject to 18% service charge. Linens, serving dishes and place settings are available to rent.


Q: What are your Payment terms ?

A: We accept cash or check. 50% down is requested to hold a date for full service catering events. Final payment and guest count is due 2 weeks before your event. Payment for Dinner's Ready is due in full at time of delivery  All prices are subject to 6% PA Sales Tax.


Q: On your Dinner’s Ready menu how many servings are in a small & large?

A: A small has 2 to 3 servings and a large 4 to 6 servings.


Q: What about Food Safety?

A: We are Serv Safe Certified and Licensed by the PA Department of Agriculture Bureau of Food Safety and Laboratory Services.


Q: What does it mean you are licensed?

A: Our kitchen has been constructed following specifications set by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Bureau of Food Safety and Laboratory Services. We are inspected yearly by them to ensure our kitchen is in compliance to their guidelines.


Q: I see you are Serv Safe Certified. What does that mean?

A: We have achieved a Safe Serv Certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Bureau of Food Safety and Laboratory Services through a 14 lesson study course. These areas of study mean we are aware and knowledgeable of how to purchase, receive, store, prepare and deliver food fresh and safe to our customers. Also, our facilities, equipment, and utensils are always clean and sanitized and we use safe health and hygiene.


Q: Any Serv Safe Tips?

A: Safe temperature for hot food holding is 135 degrees F or above. Safe temperature for cold food is 40 degrees F or below.

Throughout the full service catering we periodically check the internal temperature, with instant read thermometers, to ensure safe temperatures. Hot and cold food delivered for your event arrives at the safe temperatures listed above.
